Expo Booth

A humongous thank-you to those who helped out with my booth, particularly my rockin' mom and her muscles for helping me load in and set up everything, and my charming husband who spent all day chatting with brides and their grooms/moms/friends/etc. All in all, I had a blast!

Wedding colors

Planning a wedding? One of the first details to nail down is often your wedding colors, and I'm LOVING Pantone's top 10 colors for 2011.

A fun wedding blog put together some inspiration boards using these colors and I'm absolutely dying over the beauty of all of them, especially the Coral Rose and Blue Curaco one - so fun and happy! Check them out, which is your favorite?

Brooke + Joey: Engaged

When she was little, everyone called her Brookie Cookie, but now she has grown into a beautiful young woman and is planning a wedding to the man of her dreams in February! These two are a perfect pair and I am so excited to photograph their wedding bliss in a few weeks.

(Oh, and if you're wondering why there are no snow coats and they don't look like they're dying from cold, it's because these were taken in Arizona where the winters are amazing)

Expo time!

Do you have plans this weekend? Well, if you don't (and even if you do ...) you should come to the Utah Wedding Expo! I have a booth there and would LOVE to see you. If you're planning a wedding, this is the place to be. In fact, when I was engaged I pretty much planned my entire wedding through expos. Also, a lot of vendors (including me!) will be offering great expo-only deals that can save you a lot of money ... so save some time, save some money and come to the expo!

Bridals ... and lack of blogging

My house is a mess. I'm just being real here folks. Ever since about mid-November, I have been out of town, sick, taking care of a sick baby or some combination of the three. My traveling baby has been drug from Arizona, to my family's cabin, to San Diego, to St. George, back to the cabin and again to Arizona in less than three months. And you know what? We've loved it. So much so, that we're headed back to Arizona in February! The reason I tell you this is so you can understand (and hopefully forgive!) my lack of blogging :) But, here's a beautiful bride I absolutely adore ... and hopefully more pictures coming soon!
